Return Policy
- No returns or exchanges for ear accessories due to hygiene reasons.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs in case of returns or exchanges, except for cases where the store is at fault.
- Support for returns and exchanges within 3 days.
- Products must show no signs of use and should be returned in their original packaging with tags, stickers, and cleaning cloth intact.
- Only one exchange per product is allowed.
- Ring products that do not fit or have size discrepancies are the customer's responsibility
