Return Policy

  • No returns or exchanges for ear accessories due to hygiene reasons.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs in case of returns or exchanges, except for cases where the store is at fault.
  • Support for returns and exchanges within 3 days.
  • Products must show no signs of use and should be returned in their original packaging with tags, stickers, and cleaning cloth intact.
  • Only one exchange per product is allowed.
  • Ring products that do not fit or have size discrepancies are the customer's responsibility
